Abstract

Crisis moments in people experience let express defense creative acts as options of a
solution to urban problems. The research objective in the present study gives a critical
reflection about ways to offer health services to habitants of Chimalhuacán; the study
takes as a base the results of the method of encounters creative expressive application, as
a cognitive resource to discover better actions. Whit the objective to achieve the goal,
health representations were explored as defense acts and at the same time as creative acts
through individual draws and collective collages.
Approaches in the text are part of answers and solutions carried out for Chimalhuacán,
Mexico State inhabitants. For example: capacity to provide equitable health services;
quality access health services using needs, information, prices, expectations, reference
social frames, judgments, prejudices, myths, and rumors. In this sense, autonomy acts in
different scales from human to local considers emotions of users in crisis moments and

alternatives to give solutions to the problems implies, and it can become solutions
examples.
