Abstract

The Hacienda of Chichihualco, was the detonator so there was developed the town bearing the same name; Chichihualco, which also is head of the municipality of Leonardo Bravo. The town as a case study analysis led to the identification of varying degrees of deterioration of the built heritage; as part of the work is carried out an assessment of the degree of conservation of vernacular housing, as well as their constructive characteristics, use of materials and temporality to determine intervention techniques appropriate for each case, thus helping to maintain the heritage of the town.
